A few days to actually slow down. Twice-daily practice, proper food, proper rest — and time for whatever else you came for.
A retreat that isn't
a wellness bootcamp
Most retreats sell themselves on transformation. Maitri retreats don't. The idea is simpler — give yourself a few days where the only thing on the timetable is the practice, the meals, and the rest in between.
Mornings open with a strong flow. Afternoons are unstructured — read, walk, sleep, sit by yourself. Evenings close with a long, soft restorative class before dinner. No silent retreat, no purification rituals, no thirteen-step manifesting workshops. Just yoga, proper food, and time.
You'll come back tired in the good way. The kind of tired that comes from finally stopping.
What a retreat looks like
Strong morning flow
90 minutes of breath-led vinyasa to wake the body and clear the head.
Yours, entirely
Walk, read, swim, sleep. Nothing on the schedule, nothing missed if you skip it.
Restorative + breath
75 minutes of long-held, props-supported postures before dinner.
Real food, real rest
Locally-sourced meals, comfortable rooms, no detox juices.
"Some weeks you need to push. Some weeks you need to be held. Retreats are for the second kind."

The next Maitri retreat is in the works — details coming soon. Leave your name below and you'll be the first to hear when dates, location and pricing are confirmed. No pressure to commit, just first refusal when the spots open.
Spots are intentionally limited so the retreat stays small and considered. The list gets first access before public release.
